OndoDecides2024: INEC Uploads 51.41% of Results to IREV Portal

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has uploaded 51.41% of the results from the Ondo State governorship election to its Result Viewing Portal (IREV). As of the latest update, results from 2,022 out of the 3,933 polling units in the state have been successfully transmitted.

With more than 1.7 million Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) collected, the contest for the Governorship seat is intensifying. The race is particularly competitive between Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate, and Agboola Ajayi, his closest rival from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), both of whom are vying for the coveted position of Governor of Ondo State.
