Gov Bala Presents N465bn 2025 Budget Proposal to Bauchi Assembly
Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has submitted a 2025 budget proposal of ₦465,085,248,317.12 to the Bauchi State House of Assembly for consideration and approval.
The budget consists of:
- Capital Expenditure: ₦282,841,322,325.52 (60.7%)
- Recurrent Expenditure: ₦182,743,925,931.60 (39.3%)
Governor Bala explained that the budget is based on a benchmark crude oil production of 2 million barrels per day and an exchange rate of $1 to ₦1,400.
