BREAKING: Taraba Gov’s Sister Dies In Abuja After Bandit Attack

Miss Atsi Kefas, the sister of Taraba State Governor Agbu Kefas, has tragically passed away after being accidentally shot by a police escort during a bandit attack. Atsi died at a hospital in Abuja, where she had been taken for advanced medical care after the attack.

According to sources, Atsi succumbed to her injuries late last night. The governor’s family has yet to issue an official statement on her passing. One source noted, “Our thoughts are with them during this difficult time.”

Atsi Kefas was traveling along Kente Road, in Wukari Local Government Area of Taraba State, when she was ambushed by gunmen last Thursday. Her mother, Jumai Kefas, was also with her during the attack. Amid the chaos, a police escort, attempting to defend them from the assailants, accidentally shot Atsi.

Efforts to reach the governor’s official spokesperson, Emmanuel Bello, for a comment were unsuccessful as messages sent to his phone went unanswered.
