Gov AbdulRazaq Leads NGF Delegation to Visit Jigawa Gov Over Death of Mother, Son

The Kwara State Governor and Chairman of the Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF), Abdulrahman AbdulRazaq, has led a delegation to Kafin Hausa in Jigawa State to offer condolences to Governor Umar Namadi following the tragic deaths of his mother and son within just 24 hours of each other.

The NGF delegation included Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State, and was accompanied by other members of the Forum.

According to a statement issued by Kwara State Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, the NGF had earlier expressed its profound grief over the tragic incidents. The Forum specifically mourned the loss of 24-year-old Abdulwahab Namadi, who died in a tragic auto crash on Thursday, just a day before the passing of his grandmother.

The visit underscores the solidarity of the NGF in this difficult time for Governor Umar Namadi and his family.
