915 Oyo Varsity Students Benefit from NELFUND Loan
A total of 915 students at Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo Town, have been granted loans from the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND). The announcement was made by the university’s Media and Public Relations Officer, Ashiwaju Wale Adeoye, who expressed gratitude to NELFUND for supporting the students.
Adeoye congratulated the 915 students who received the loan and stated that the funds would be distributed to them, with a meeting scheduled next week for proper documentation. Students who have already paid their school fees for the 2023/2024 session will either receive a refund or use the loan to pay for their 2024/2025 session school fees.
The university also encouraged students to apply for the 2024/2025 NELFUND loan when the platform opens, and reminded all students to pay their school fees promptly. Only students who have paid their fees will be allowed entry into lectures and examination halls.
