Gov. AbdulRazaq Extends Ramadan Greetings to Muslims
Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has congratulated Muslims worldwide, particularly those in Kwara, on the commencement of the Ramadan fast.
In a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, the governor specifically extended his greetings to the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari, on the arrival of the holy month, during which the Qur’an was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
Governor AbdulRazaq expressed gratitude to Allah for granting everyone the opportunity to witness another Ramadan. He prayed for the acceptance of their prayers and acts of worship, and for blessings of spiritual fulfillment, forgiveness, and mercy throughout the month.
The governor also urged Muslims to use the blessed month to pray for the continued progress, safety, and prosperity of the nation and Kwara State.
