Natasha and Husband: Law Firm Denies Issuing Viral Letter
Indemnity Partners, a legal firm, has disowned a letter circulating on social media that falsely claims to have been issued by the firm regarding Mrs. Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and her husband, High Chief Emmanuel Oritsejolomi Uduaghan, the Alema of Warri Kingdom.
The letter, which suggested a past dispute between Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and her husband before their eventual marriage, emerged after Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio of sexual harassment last week.
In response, the legal firm issued a statement, signed by BC Igwilo, SAN, clarifying that they were the solicitors for Mrs. Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan and did not issue the letter.
“We categorically distance ourselves from the purported letter and its alleged contents. The letter is inauthentic and of dubious origin,” the firm stated, urging the public to disregard it.
The statement further warned against the spread of such false information, emphasizing that doing so could lead to serious consequences.
