Tinubu’s Son Seyi Hosts Iftar, Launches Feeding Programme in Kano
On Monday evening, Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu, joined Muslim faithful in Kano State for an Iftar gathering to break the Ramadan fast. As part of his Renewed Hope Youth Engagement (RHYE) initiative, Seyi also launched a new feeding programme aimed at assisting the less privileged and people with disabilities (PWDs).
The event took place at the Al-Furqan Mosque in Kano metropolis before moving to Amani Event Center for additional activities.
Prior to the Iftar, Seyi Tinubu paid a courtesy visit to the residence of prominent business magnate Aminu Dantata, where the two exchanged pleasantries. He later paid homage to Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf.
The special Iftar was attended by political stakeholders from various party lines, including members of the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) and the ruling New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) in the state. The NNPP delegation was led by its chairman, Hashim Sulaiman Dungurawa.
The event also featured a performance by popular APC praise singer, Dauda Kahutu, also known as Rarara.
