Kwara Governor Hails Appointment of Ojulari as NNPCL GCEO, Commends President Tinubu
Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, has expressed his delight at the appointment of Engr. Bashir Bayo Ojulari as the new Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited.
In a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Rafiu Ajakaye, Governor AbdulRazaq described Ojulari’s appointment as a significant achievement for Kwara State and its people.
The governor also pointed out that Ojulari’s appointment follows closely on the heels of President Tinubu naming Senator Ibrahim Yahya Oloriegbe as the chairman of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), further highlighting the state’s growing influence in national leadership.
Governor AbdulRazaq congratulated Ojulari on his new role and expressed his confidence in the appointee’s ability to fulfill the mandate given to him by the President.
“On behalf of the people and government of Kwara State, I extend our heartfelt congratulations to President Tinubu for these prestigious appointments. We are proud to be a part of the President’s team,” AbdulRazaq said.
He added, “Our prayers, best wishes, and support are with Engr. Ojulari and all those appointed alongside him. We hope that his tenure, along with his team, will achieve unprecedented success for the country’s oil industry.”
