Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan to Soon Present Evidence of Sexual Harassment Against Akpabio
Suspended Senator for Kogi Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has revealed that she will soon provide evidence to support her claims of sexual harassment against Senate President Godswill Akpabio.
Speaking during an interview on Channels Television’s Politics Today on Thursday evening, Natasha confirmed that she plans to present the evidence at the appropriate time and venue.
She emphasized, “At the right time and in the right space, I will present the evidence I have.”
This announcement comes over a month after Natasha first accused Akpabio on national TV, claiming that her ongoing conflicts with him were rooted in his sexual advances, which she had refused. She further alleged that her refusal led to intentional efforts to hinder her attempts to raise motions concerning the Ajaokuta Steel Company in Kogi State.
Additionally, Natasha addressed the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) decision to dismiss a petition seeking her recall from the Senate, acknowledging that, while the timing was delayed, it was ultimately the correct decision.
