New Port Harcourt Refinery Over 90% Completed, Says NNPCL

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has announced that the new Port Harcourt refinery is now over 90% completed. Mele Kyari, the Group Chief Executive Officer of NNPCL, made this statement on Monday during a visit to the facility by labour leaders from the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) and the Trade Union Congress (TUC) in Rivers State.
