NURTW President MC Oluomo Visits Oyetola

On Wednesday, December 11, 2024, Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya, widely known as MC Oluomo, the National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), led a delegation from the union on a courtesy visit to Alhaji Adegboyega Oyetola, the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, at his office in Abuja.

MC Oluomo was joined by senior officials of the union, including the National Secretary, Kayode Agbeyangi, and the Lagos State Council Treasurer, Sulaimon Ojora (Kudeleti), who also serves as the Chief of Staff to the NURTW National President.

In a statement shared on Instagram, MC Oluomo described the visit as a significant occasion, highlighting the NURTW’s ongoing commitment to building collaborative relationships with key government stakeholders. He stated that the visit was aimed at advancing the interests of road transport workers and fostering growth in Nigeria’s transportation sector.

He wrote, “Today, Wednesday, December 11, 2024, marked a significant occasion as Alhaji Musiliu Ayinde Akinsanya (MC Oluomo), the National President of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Isiaka Oyetola, at his office in Abuja.”

MC Oluomo further emphasized the importance of the meeting in strengthening ties between the NURTW and the government for the betterment of the transportation industry.
