EFCC Arrests 23 Suspected Internet Fraudsters in Ibadan

Operatives from the Ibadan Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested 23 suspected internet fraudsters in Ibadan, Oyo State. The arrests took place at the Akobo area of the city following credible intelligence linking the individuals to fraudulent online activities.

Items recovered during the operation include eight exotic cars, laptops, phones, and a PlayStation game, among others.

The suspects are currently under investigation and will be charged to court upon the completion of the investigation.
